So… What Is a Speakers Bureau?

We represent speakers directly with an impressive exclusive talent roster and can also help event planners find and book thousands of other speakers through our extensive network. In either case, our job is to make sure it’s the right fit, not just a name that checks a box.
Why We Started VaynerSpeakers
VaynerSpeakers was co-founded by Zach Nadler and Gary Vaynerchuk back in 2018.
Zach had spent nearly a decade at CAA, one of the largest talent agencies in the world, where he helped manage speaking careers for some of the most recognizable celebrities in the world. Gary, already speaking to audiences around the globe, saw firsthand how transactional and outdated the industry felt. It worked, but just barely.
Over time, Gary and Zach kept coming back to the same question: What if there were a better way to do this?
One that wasn’t about templated pitches or rinse-and-repeat deals. One that treated speaking engagements like a real brand-building moment for both the speaker and the company bringing them in.
That conversation became a business within VaynerX, trusted by the world’s top brands and event planners and it’s been growing ever since.
What We’re Building
VaynerSpeakers isn’t a traditional bureau by design. We work with people shaping what’s now and next in business, marketing, and culture — entrepreneurs, creatives, strategists, and operators who are actively doing the work.
